This recording is similar to our “Finding Your Path, Moving Forward in Life, Future Self Guidance,” however, it offers extra deepening techniques that are helpful for those who may have difficulty letting go into hypnosis.

This recording is for you if you have struggled with moving forward on your life path, perhaps continually brushing up against obstacles or patterns of behaviour that do not serve your journey. Or maybe you are unclear on what the best path forward is for you. This hypnotherapy recording helps you release your past struggles and receive assistance moving forward on your path in life despite obstacles. You will experience liberation, freedom, and a renewed commitment to your journey. You will also be offered a positive message from your subconscious inner healer to aid in your journey.

Note: This recording utilizes an elevator induction (i.e., a fancy way of referring to the method and countdown used to bring you from your waking beta brainwave state into slow alpha/theta brainwave states).
