Self-Interpretation: How we interpret our experiences and the meanings we assign to them also play a significant role in shaping our narratives.

These narratives can be empowering or limiting, influencing our actions and decisions in profound ways.

BALANCING SELF-COMPASSION AND GROWTH

While self-responsibility emphasizes personal agency and accountability, it is essential to strike a balance with self-compassion. Healing and personal growth are nonlinear processes fraught with setbacks and challenges. Practising self-compassion allows individuals to acknowledge their vulnerabilities and imperfections with kindness and understanding, fostering resilience and self-acceptance. And mindfulness, maintaining a balanced awareness of one’s emotions, without ignoring or exaggerating them.
