$150.00

Description

Based off the research from the founders of Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) Christopher K. Germer, PhD and Kristin Neff, PhD, this group focuses on how to evoke change, inspire motivation, and learn to love and accept oneself through the power of mindful self compassion. Together we will learn about the principles and practices of MSC to break free from harmful self criticism and judgment and move towards taking a kinder approach towards ourselves resulting in improved emotional well being and quality of life.
